Alan D. Horn, B.Sc, C.A. Mr. Horn’s principal occupation is Chairman, Rogers Communications and President and Chief Executive Officer, Rogers Telecommunications. He is also a director of March Networks Corp. and Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited. He is a chartered accountant, and holds a B.Sc. with first class honours in mathematics from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. Formerly Mr. Horn served as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Rogers Communications Inc. and was President and Chief Operating Officer of Rogers Telecommunications Limited. Mr. Horn has served as a director of CCL since May 2008.
