George V. Bayly B.s., M.B.A. George Bayly is currently Principal of Whitehall Investors LLC, a consulting and venture capital firm. During his highly successful career in the packaging industry, Mr. Bayly held a number of senior executive positions including Co-Chairman of U.S. Can Corporation, as well as CEO. He also served as Chairman, President and CEO of Ivex Packaging Corporation, President and CEO of Olympic Packaging Inc. and held a variety of management positions with Packaging Corporation of America. Mr. Bayly serves on the Board of Directors of ACCO Brands Corporation, Graphic Packaging Holding Company, Huhtamaki Oyj, Ryt-Way Industries and Treehouse Foods. Mr. Bayly holds a Bachelor of Science from Miami University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University. He also served as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Bayly has served as a Director of CCL since June 2010.
