Philip M. Gresh, B.A.
Philip M. Gresh retired in 2012 from his position as Executive Vice President of Illinois Tool Works (ITW) where he was responsible for 110 ITW companies worldwide in the Industrial Packaging (Signode) and Plastics, Foils and Thermal Films business segments of ITW. Previously he was responsible for ITW's Consumer Products, Decorating, Labelling, Marking and Static Control business segments. Prior to joining ITW in 1989, Mr. Gresh held several management positions with the Continental Can Company. He served for 11 years, both active and active reserve duty, in the U.S. Navy achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Mr. Gresh sits on the board of directors of the Duchossois Group and American Profol Inc. A former chairman, he is currently a senior advisor to Ocean Conservancy, Washington, DC. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Gresh earned a Bachelor of Arts in general arts and sciences. Mr. Gresh was elected to the CCL Board in May 2012. |
