Bohdan I. Sirota
Bo Sirota joined CCL in 1989 as General Counsel. In November 2008 Mr. Sirota was appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary after holding the position of General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Sirota's responsibilities include litigious matters involving the Company, regulatory and securities compliance, transactional matters, environmental & employment law issues. Mr. Sirota received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen’s University and a Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall at York University in 1984. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1979. |
